1 – Authenticate
A quick tap of the mobile credential in Traka GO authenticates the user at the system and opens the cabinet door
2 – Select keys
User selects the desired key(s) within Traka GO, and the app guides them to the correct key positions in the cabinet
3 – Scan & GO!
User scans a QR/NFC affixed to each key, and closes the cabinet door to complete the transaction

Authenticate users
When at the key cabinet, authorized staff can be quickly authenticated by tapping their unique mobile credential built right into Traka GO. The door then automatically opens for a fast and convenient transaction.
Scan to identify keys
With keys needing to remain unlabeled for resident safety, they can be quickly identified in the field using your smartphone to scan a unique QR code or NFC tag attached to each key.
Monitor activity
Quickly see which keys are out of the system and who has them, receive immediate Push notifications for important system activity, and access an overview of your inventory right from the dashboard.
Reserve keys
Staff can quickly reserve items for a specific date and time to ensure that keys are available when needed, such as a scheduled tour or maintenance activity.
Transfer keys in the field
Allow authorized staff to transfer ownership of keys without returning them to the cabinet. Users can see who currently holds a key they need, and send them a request for ownership directly in the app.
Both users can then meet up anywhere to exchange possession of the key, validate the transaction in Traka GO, and the system retains a complete chain-of-custody record to maintain accountability for keys, in and out of the cabinet.
Emergency Key Mapping
Traka GO's Emergency Key Mapping feature has you covered in the event of a power failure or computer issue, when you otherwise may not be able to identify the position of keys within the cabinet. Using the manual override key to open the cabinet, Traka GO can then quickly direct you to any key needed to keep your operation running smoothly. Even when your entire property loses power and communications, Traka GO ensures that your business has the access it needs.
