  • Use custom Access Schedules to determine the exact days and times that certain items can be accessed, or to define times that specific users are allowed to checkout items. 

  • Using First-in, First-out (FIFO) distribution, your staff is granted access to the device that has been in the system the longest. This ensures that electronic devices are fully charged, and that your inventory gets even utilization. This feature can be configured intelligently to accommodate mutliple asset types being managed within a single locker system.

  • Require that items be returned by a specific time of day, or by a defined time duration relative to the time of checkout. Upon removing an item, users are notified when an item is due back to the system, and must acknowlede the Curfew before the item is released.

  • Gain immediate visibility over the system activity important to your workflow using email notifications.

    • Notify a user that an item in their possession is now overdue
    • Inform IT staff of a device that has been reported with a fault
    • Alert security personnel to unauthorized login attempts at the Traka system
    • Notify a manager of an item being returned by a different user than originally checked it out

  • Allow users to report and document any issues with item condition or functionality upon return to the locker system. Access to any item with a critical fault is automatically restricted for other users, until the item is repaired and the fault is cleared. Paired with email notifications, you can automatically alert the proper person when a fault is reported at the locker system.

  • Allow staff to report a faulty device, deposit the item into a locker compartment, and obtain a replacement device in one seamless transaction.

  • Generate detailed reports on all user activity, asset usage, faults and more. Schedule automated delivery of reports via email for periodic inventory and activitiy audits.
