All Traka systems are provided with a 24-month warranty for parts and labor, with options available to extend this coverage for the term of your KeyCare agreement.

Our dedicated technical support team is available to ensure all questions are answered in a timely manner. We can typically resolve most issues over the phone, email or with remote desktop access, but in the rare case we are unable to resolve the problem remotely, service technicians can be dispatched to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field.
Beyond this, Traka extends value-added services through the Traka KeyCare™ program to help ensure your system remains optimized, and your operational processes remain uninterrupted throughout the life of the solution. The services include preventative maintenance, service visits, refresher training, extended parts warranty, and more.

To maximize uptime, we offer an annual on-site visit by one of our field service technicians for a full system health check and preventative maintenance.
Our KeyCare packages offer pre-paid service visits for any required break-fix or new system installations throughout the year, with options available for any size deployment.
Dedicated remote or on-site training is available covering TrakaWEB's latest features and functionality, or as an introductory session for new employees.
