What you would do as our Segment Development Manager:
You would play a key role in creating market pull and achieving sales growth within the multi- residential segment, primarily in Finland and selected markets globally. Work closely with Abloy and ASSA ABLOY EMEIA organizations, particularly with segment development, sales, product units, and marketing.
You would also:
- Find new business opportunities and focus areas for multi-residential segment.
- Develop strategic and tactical business within the multi-residential segment.
- Lead Voice of Customer activities for the multi-residential segment.
- Act as the business owner for MarCom and sales activities within the segment.
- Commercialize new solutions for multi-residential markets in close cooperation with sales, product units, and marketing.
- Travel within Finland and abroad.
- Report to the Director and Head of Marketing and Segment Development.

The skills and experience you need:
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor's or master’s degree in sales or engineering.
- Has skills and experience in B2B sales and marketing, particularly with hardware and/or software products.
- Is self-motivated and capable of planning and organizing a demanding workload efficiently and effectively.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the value-sales process for hardware and software solutions, including the ability to build successful business cases and translate user information into compelling investment decisions that lead to closing orders.
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills in both Finnish and English.
- Exhibits excellent communication and negotiation skills, delivered with diplomatic and firm convictions.
Ideally, you would have experience in sales and business development within the multi-residential industry. Additionally, having technical knowledge of digital and/or electromechanical products is very beneficial.
