Job Purpose:

• Process accounting transactions in line with Service Level Agreement and defined performance standards.
• Delivery high level customer service within responsible areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be involved to APAC FSSC Program and fulfil commitments which be complied with program objective;
• Be responsible for onsite accounting migration program;
• Process AR functions to ensure finance data accuracy;
• Effective communication with local entity for problem-solving;
• Timely work with local entity to process cut-off in terms of defined closing calendar.
• Provide good service defined in Service Level Agreement and respect FSSC commitments to internal and external clients;
• Collect KPI data to management with comments
• Enhance customer stratification through continuous improvement, and maintain good relationship with clients;
• Perform assigned tasks by management.

Position Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance;
• 0-4 years finance experience
• Proficient in IFRS and China Accounting Standards
• Be familiar with ERP system, Microsoft Dynamic AX is a plus;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software;
• Good communication and English skill.
