Technical Engineer

We are searching for Technical engineer in Czech Republic.

 

Position summary:

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day service operations of an assigned region, delivering expected service sales results by ensuring execution of programs and standards in coordination with partners.
  • Ensure the execution of customer service standards and customer satisfaction programs, build customer loyalty by developing a quality service team along with local partners that exceed customer’s expectations.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales, productivity and profitability in the Service Centre Region.
  • Provide procedural guidance to ensure that the team complies with policies and procedures, security, safety, and environmental codes and ordinances. 
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to software and firmware applications  
  • Keep open communication with customer to include communicating estimated problem resolution time 
  • Present training presentations on multiple technical levels  
  • Successful completion of formal and on the job training, to include self-study modules on VingCard and Elsafe product lines  
  • Ensures strategic plan implementation is consistent with corporate goals, policies, and quality assurance and growth objectives.    
  • Ensures customer satisfaction, quality and financial results are met.  
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with customers.  Assists team in resolving high visibility problem cases and issues.  
  • Review performance and quality standards on an on-going basis, performance appraisals, and motivational programs needed to achieve standards.   
  • Manage new projects including planning, development, implementation, and maintenance for the account(s).   
  • Develop the service centre team’s ability to handle large new construction projects – on budget and on time.  
  • Ensures compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and company policies

 

Position responsibilities:

  • Technical support and maintenance  
  • Aftermarket sales  
  • Testing of new products.  
  • Prepare technical documentation  
  • Project management  
  • Ensure that all documentation and media is completed for new installation and existing customers.  
  • Follow up on all shortcomings found so that issues can be resolved at the earliest opportunity.  
  • Report and record accurately all site visits.  
  • Provide technical support/ demonstration assistance. 
  • Ensures customer satisfaction, quality and financial results are met. 
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with BP.  
  • Assists BP team in resolving high visibility problem cases and issues.  
  • Manage new projects including planning, development, implementation, and maintenance.    

 

Requirements: 

  • Education: 3-year engineering degree 
  • Minimum of five (3) years of IT/HVAC/Access Control products and new construction experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and in depth knowledge of the organization’s products, policies and procedures.
  • Technical aptitude (extensive training is given but must have the ability to learn new technology) 
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot different technologies and communicate complex technical concepts to individuals with minimal knowledge 
  • Works well independently (in a tight time line), self-motivated, and takes initiative  
  • Strong knowledge in network technologies, LAN/WAN environments, routing, TCP/IP, and components 
  • Knowledge of computer operation – Ms Office, ERP/MRP  
  • Driving license, B
