Technical Engineer

We are searching for a Technical Engineer in Czech Republic.

 

 Position responsibilities:

  • Technical support and maintenance for existing customers
  • Installation of electronic cardlocks on new projects
  • Installation of wall readers/elevator readers
  • Keeping records of performed work
  • Ensure that all documentation and media is completed for new installation and existing customers.  
  • Follow up on all shortcomings found so that issues can be resolved at the earliest opportunity.  
  • Report and record accurately all site visits.  
  • Provide technical support/ demonstration assistance. 

 

 Requirements: 

  • Education: min. apprenticeship certificate in the field of locksmith/electrician
  • Qualification according to Decree No. 50/1978 Coll. § 7 or 8 is an advantage
  • Experience in the field of installation and service repairs of technical products
  • Technical aptitude (extensive training is given but must have the ability to learn new technology) 
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot different technologies and communicate complex technical concepts to individuals with minimal knowledge 
  • Works well independently (in a tight time line), self-motivated, and takes initiative  
  • Driving license, B  
  • Sharp appearance, punctuality, reliability, professional demeanor, customer focused, and positive TEAM attitude are the main tools of our success 
  • Good understanding of Active directory security and policies 
  • 1-3 years hardware installation  
  • Ability to have on call accessibility, travel up to 80%, and occasionally work weekends and after hours 
  • Candidate should be physically able to stoop, bend, lift overhead, and etc. 
  • Ability to work from written or verbal instructions and highly adaptable to different work environment
  • Extremely customer oriented with patience and kind temperament 
  • Native in Czech, fluent in written & oral English
