Technical Engineer
We are searching for a Technical Engineer in Czech Republic.
Position responsibilities:
- Technical support and maintenance for existing customers
- Installation of electronic cardlocks on new projects
- Installation of wall readers/elevator readers
- Keeping records of performed work
- Ensure that all documentation and media is completed for new installation and existing customers.
- Follow up on all shortcomings found so that issues can be resolved at the earliest opportunity.
- Report and record accurately all site visits.
- Provide technical support/ demonstration assistance.
Requirements:
- Education: min. apprenticeship certificate in the field of locksmith/electrician
- Qualification according to Decree No. 50/1978 Coll. § 7 or 8 is an advantage
- Experience in the field of installation and service repairs of technical products
- Technical aptitude (extensive training is given but must have the ability to learn new technology)
- Strong ability to troubleshoot different technologies and communicate complex technical concepts to individuals with minimal knowledge
- Works well independently (in a tight time line), self-motivated, and takes initiative
- Driving license, B
- Sharp appearance, punctuality, reliability, professional demeanor, customer focused, and positive TEAM attitude are the main tools of our success
- Good understanding of Active directory security and policies
- 1-3 years hardware installation
- Ability to have on call accessibility, travel up to 80%, and occasionally work weekends and after hours
- Candidate should be physically able to stoop, bend, lift overhead, and etc.
- Ability to work from written or verbal instructions and highly adaptable to different work environment
- Extremely customer oriented with patience and kind temperament
- Native in Czech, fluent in written & oral English
