Senior Salesforce Developer/Admin

Job Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with project leads to assess CRM requirements
  • Analyzing solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet specific needs
  • Plan, design, develop, and document (within a specified deadline) new feature functionality for our software applications per customer or internal specifications.
  • Conducting comprehensive testing for application stability and functionality
  • Identifying and resolving issues and glitches
  • Documenting processes and delivering technical training to Salesforce personnel
  • Identifying opportunities to improve current processes.
  • Creating and managing custom objects, field, formulas, reports and dashboards.
  • Software engineering skills with proficient in Apex, Java, Javascript.
  • Developing connections/integrations with other systems.
  • Managing a Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud instance.
  • Learn and understand the end-to-end business processes to ensure delivered solutions solve root cause and meet business requirements.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce/Force.com development and customization experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Lightning web components
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architectures, data models, and best practices
  • Extensive experience with complex Salesforce customization and configuration
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions
  • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align Salesforce solutions with overall business objectives
  • A track record of successful Salesforce project implementations and a portfolio of completed projects
  • Salesforce certifications, including advanced certifications like Certified Platform Developer II (highly preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and guide junior developers

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Dell Boomi experience is a great plus
  • Agile tools awareness
  • Working experience with offshore teams

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
