National Account Manager - Lowes

The National Account Manager, Lowe's will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to National Hardware sales within the Lowe’s account. This role entails managing a portfolio of products, ensuring effective forecasting, strategic promotional planning, and driving business development within the Americas Residential segment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven professional who can build strong relationships with Lowe’s key stakeholders while developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop business strategy for Lowe’s for the builder’s hardware and ancillary categories. Deliver reasoning based upon analyses of customer insights, customer strategy, internal financial analysis, ASSA ABLOY strategy, portfolio, promotions, marketing/multi-channel, and inventory.
  • Develop annual quota, profit plan, and sales action plan and monitor actual results vs. plan throughout the year, adjusting when appropriate. Conduct business reviews and present them as appropriate to management.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Assist marketing and sales management with development of marketing strategies and advertising plans as appropriate. 
  • Provide expertise on current POG’s, best practices and identify opportunities for improved in isle experience.
  • Partner with Consumer Services to ensure the fulfilment of goods, services ordered to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other leaders in the development of a coordinated budget recommendation for manager approval. Provide fiscal oversight of allocated resources, assets, and expenses. Make necessary decisions to adjust for variations in projected budget income caused by fluctuating volumes and other external factors.

 

Education and Experience Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
  • Management Experience in Multi-Level Organization preferred
  • 5 years prior work experience as National Account Manager, Marketing Management
