Responsibilities:

 

- Ensuring repeatability, stability, and standardization of production processes in accordance with established quality and performance standards.

- Providing support in solving 8D problems, continuous improvement of the production process, and selecting and ensuring the availability of appropriate tools, devices, and equipment.

- Ensuring the quality of products and processes according to the specifications.

- Creating, updating, and supervising process documentation: Process Flow, PFMEA, Work Instructions.

- Supervising engineering changes ECR/ISIR, introducing new devices and technological processes.

- Implementing new projects, supervising machine installation, and starting machines.

- Achieving designated KPIs - scrap, tool consumption costs, OEE, complaints within the assigned production area.

- Collaborating with the Technology and R&D departments to ensure product design for optimal assembly technology.

- Supporting continuous improvement actions, initiating technical changes.

- Developing and estimating costs for new products, production processes, and equipment.

- Organizing the workplace according to ergonomic principles and lean manufacturing.

 

Requirements:

 

- Higher education.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.

- Knowledge of quality management systems based on ISO standards.

- Communication level knowledge of English.

- Knowledge of MS 365 (including Teams, OneDrive).
