We will visit your site twice a year and perform a complete audit of the system. We will also make recommendations on how to improve your use of the system and provide re-training if required.

If you have forgotten how to perform a particular task and our help guides do not help then we will talk you through over the phone or visit you at site.

Our desktop client automatically updates itself from the server software allowing us to deliver new updates to you without downtime or involving your IT staff.
