Traka focuses on continuous improvement for healthcare facilities at the Healthcare Estates Conference
Traka is attending the Healthcare Estates event to present ways for healthcare professionals to maximize efficiencies, safety and security across their facilities for the benefit of patients, staff and visitors.
The two-day conference and exhibition, held at Manchester Central Complex, is the UK’s largest event for the healthcare estates, engineering and FM sectors.
As the industry leader in intelligent asset management systems, Traka will be on stand A68, displaying its innovative solutions for healthcare facilities. This includes the ability to control and manage drug distribution through a specialist dual authorization process.
Visitors will also be able to discuss bespoke requirements and see live demonstrations of key cabinets and locker solutions for health services, all designed to improve efficiencies, workforce wellbeing and clinical outcomes.
Traka’s Market Development Manager, Ben Farrar says:
“We see how the NHS, both on a local and national level, continues to face unprecedented demand and severe operational pressure. As we look to ‘complete the transition back towards normality’ post-pandemic, we need to provide digital support to enable NHS staff to deliver strong performance.
“Our aim at Healthcare Estates is to demonstrate how cost-effective technology can make all the difference. We can present systems that enable clinicians to spend more time with their patients and less time on administrative tasks. By working together, Traka can support more efficient work practices and enable a more integrated approach to a smooth-running health care system.”
At the conference, Traka will be presenting its specialist tablet locker, designed exclusively to store mobile devices, which features dedicated in-locker charging facilities to ensure equipment is instantly ready for use, even out of hours.
Traka will also be exhibiting its scalable S-Touch key management solution, to offer simple ways to control keys and manage different facilities, including full and compliant audit trail capability of keys and users
Ben concludes:
“In line with Government digital objectives, most hospitals are now working towards embedding new technologies. Our aim is to work in partnership with facilities management teams, right from initial system design through installation to project completion, to implement Traka’s intelligent key and equipment management solutions. The result is increased accountability and helping our much-loved NHS staff to work more flexibly and sustainably, in response to changing needs.”
