These systems allowed for the implementation of instant audit control capabilities and the setting of curfews for different staff rotas, particularly crucial for drug cabinets and specialist theatre areas.

The Security team successfully set curfews to trigger automatic notifications for keys not returned, enhancing accountability and streamlining access management.

Authorized personnel could also pre-book keys in advance, optimizing contractor access and works programs.
