What you will do as our Data Scientist / AI Expert
As a Data Scientist / AI Expert, you will Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Python, integrating databases, APIs, and knowledge graphs into scalable AI systems.
You would also:
- Work with multimodal datasets—including text, images, and relational data—embedding them effectively into advanced AI frameworks
- Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific business tasks and domains using prompt engineering and performance evaluation techniques
- Create and orchestrate intelligent AI agents to support advanced reasoning, decision-making, and strategic prompting
- Implement and execute testing protocols to evaluate model effectiveness, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and contextual relevance
- Stay up to date with advancements in generative AI, integrating new techniques to enhance business capabilities
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI, including experience acquired through relevant academic studies or a PhD
- Has a solid experience in Python programming, with a strong understanding of software development and AI/ML technologies
- Is proficient in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Is proficient in English, other languages are advantageous
- Has a strong capabilities in building and deploying intelligent agents and managing AI workflows
The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker with a creative approach to solving complex AI challenges. They are adaptable, continuously learning and applying the latest AI techniques, and capable of balancing independent initiative with effective collaboration. Clear and confident in communication, they can present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
