Process Quality Engineer

1. Position: Process Quality Engineer
2. Report to: Operations Quality Team Lead
3. Working time: 8:00 – 17:00 | Monday – Friday
4. Location : DEEP C 2B Industrial Zone, Dinh Vu, Hai Phong
5. Job Overview: Ensure KPIs as follows:

• Internal Non-Conformity Part Per Million
• Customer Non-Conformity Part Per Million
• Supplier’s 8D close ratio

6. Responsibility:

• Manage and proactively drive Line Quality Assurance
• Regularly work with other departments as production, engineer.
• PFMEA Monitoring, Control Plan following
• Perform internal audits, and take care of customer audits.
• QMS Implementation
• Make quality daily, and weekly reports.
• 8D report.

7. Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering domain
• 3-4+year experience in quality engineering related to mechanical processing/ mechanical parts. Preferred experience in Process Quality Control
• Experience of using 7 quality tools.
• Experience of quality PFMEA, CONTROL PLAN, PPAP.
• Experience of using process capability and root-cause analysis tools: Cpk, PCP, SPC, PDCA, 8D.
• Strong analytical and technical abilities.
• Experience in using CMM is refer
• Understanding ISO 9001, 14001 is refer
• Can communicate in English.
